Bree started her career in the food industry in her home state of Vermont when she was a teenager, working in her local ice cream shop. While studying at University of Massachusetts, Amherst, she began bartending at The Pub. She eventually moved to Boston where she started as a bartender at the Biltmore Bar and Grille in Newton. She worked her way up to General Manager at the Biltmore. She started at Trail’s End as General Manager, and is now the Director of Restaurant Operations, overseeing Trail’s End in Concord and Lincoln, and Lincoln Kitchen. In addition to the restaurants, she’s kept busy by her two young daughters.
