Elizabeth grew up in Lincoln and attended Concord Academy. She studied medieval art and architectural history at Columbia College, and worked in several museums and art organizations in New York City. She then moved to England where she received her master’s degree in Architectural Conservation from the University of York. After moving back to the United States she received her JD from Harvard Law School. She worked for several years as a corporate attorney specializing in finance and real estate. She decided to leave big law firm life and work with her parents in Concord, opening Trail’s End Café in 2011. She splits her time between the restaurants, and looking after her twin son and daughter, and baby son.
